Campus Life

The goal of the Student Life Program at Stratton Mountain School is to foster and maintain a healthy campus community. Both boarding and day students are welcomed and encouraged to take part in campus activities and to make full use of the student center, athletic facilities, art room, and outdoor spaces.
Throughout the year, activities are offered both on and off-campus over the weekends. Boarding and day students are encouraged to take part in the various campus activities. Recurring weeknight community events have included open mic nights, trivia competitions, and bingo nights.

Every weekend there are trips to the grocery store, local restaurants, and the movies. Past off-campus trips have been to Boston, Burlington, and more.

Stratton Mountain School is an independent boarding and day school that focuses on college preparatory academics and competitive winter sports. Located at the base of Stratton Mountain, SMS is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and is a member of the National Association of Independent Schools.
