International Travel Considerations
Families of athletes traveling internationally should consider all information posted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regarding children traveling with only one parent, or traveling with (or under the supervision of) someone who is not a parent or legal guardian. Stratton Mountain School further recommends that families confirm health insurance policy stipulations regarding illness or injury coverage during international travel.
Below are several links to companies that provide travel insurance and rescue management. Stratton Mountain School recommends the purchase of such coverage for all athletes traveling internationally. Please contact these organizations directly for any program enrollment inquiries.
