SMS Snowboarding 2020 Young Gun Project Camp

March 9 to March 11, 2020

Join SMS Snowboarding this winter for the Young Gun Project (YGP) to get a taste of what SMS is all about. Ramp up your skills on the hill and on the trampolines in the Air Awareness Center! View the full schedule for the camp.

Athletics: YGP athletes will train both on and off the hill alongside the SMS athletes and work with the SMS coaching staff. Participants will also train in the Air Awareness Center and check out an SMS class.

Academics: The SMS faculty will tutor the participants to keep them up to date with schoolwork from their home schools. Participants will have study halls and tutorial sessions, but they will not have the same amount of daily classroom time as they would if they were at their home school.

Participants will receive tutorial support in their home school’s curriculum during the camp. The home school must provide SMS with all coursework that is expected to be completed during this time. In order for SMS to effectively plan tutorial arrangements, we request that the following information be provided prior to or at the start of the camp. SMS tutors do not contact the home school unless they have questions about the assignments the school has provided.
