We are excited to have a new Development Office to help support and engage the SMS alumni community. The Development Office seeks to connect alumni with each other and with the life of SMS today. We are mobilizing our Class Agents, who are in the process of reaching out to you to gather class notes for the Starting Gate magazine and to inform you about alumni events that we have planned. I will be the main point of contact for you in the Development Office, and I hope many of you will become re-connected with SMS.
We encourage you to stay in touch and get involved; we would welcome new volunteers! Come back and enjoy the incredible facilities your campus has to offer. Work out in the gym, hit some balls on the paddle court, play hockey on the ice rink, kick soccer balls on the field, peruse the art gallery in the new Patti Kaltsas Education, Arts and Student Center, train with the team, etc. Just know you are welcome back anytime!
Let us know what you’re up to, we’d love to hear from you! Have you recently gotten married or engaged? Were you promoted at work? Did you move? Did you start a new business? Do you have a new baby? Have you traveled? Have you participated in an athletic competition? Email me at email@example.com or send us a Facebook message on our Stratton Mountain School Alumni Facebook page.
Many of our event invitations are sent electronically, so please be sure we have your updated email address, as well as any address changes.
I look forward to seeing many of you during the course of the year. I hope you will visit us both here online and in person when time allows, and be sure to check out our events page!

Stay Connected with SMS
Share the Love. Married, kids, new degree, starting a new business? Share your news with us, so we can share it with your fellow alumni.
Attend Alumni Events. We miss seeing you! We’ll be hosting events on and off campus, so stay tuned for more details.
Donate to the Annual Fund. Annual Fund donations directly impact the way SMS operates every day.
Refer a Student. On the chair lift, at a meeting, or at your home ski area, use that time to spread the word about SMS!
